Prices;

 

Every item is individually priced.  These prices do-not include delivery.

 

Payment;

 

All items shown are available for collection from our gallery situated at our home. (contact us page)

 

Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however we are happy to accept Euro cheques, drawn on a French bank and the sterling equivalent of the euro price, (exchange rate at the time of purchase) in cash only.  We cannot accept credit cards, debit cards or cheques drawn on other banks.

 

In the event of an item being commissioned, then a non refundable deposit of 50% of the items price, is required at the time the order is placed.  The balance being paid upon collection of the item.

 

No item will be released until we have received full payment.  In the event of payment by cheque, ownership of the item will remain with us until the cheque has been cleared through our bank account.

 

Under Article 293CGI, TVA (VAT) is non-applicable on our products.

 

Delivery;

 

All prices exclude all forms of delivery charges, including, but limited to post, packaging, couriers and the like.

 

We consider it beneficial to our customers to actually (if at all possible) visit our gallery (see; Contact Us page) and to collect their order in person.  This approach provides a number of benefits, in that they can:-

 

          See the actual item before buying.

 

          Confirm that the item is what they expected.

 

          Confirm the item's physical condition.

 

It also ensures that we have a happy customer, who will call again and also spread the word.

 

We appreciate that it is not always realistic, nor practical for customers to visit us, therefore we can offer a delivery service.

 

The cost of this service is dependent upon a number of factors, namely, the item, its packed weight, size, destination and value (for insurance purposes).  At the checkout we have delivery charges that will be applied for our standard delivery across Europe and the United Kingdom.  Delivery can take upto 5 working days.  If you require a speedier service then please contact us prior to placing your order.  Delivery charges do-not apply when an item is collected from our premises.

 

Prior to signing for the delivery, the customer should inspect the packaging and the item for damage.  Refunds in respect of damage caused in transit will not be honoured unless it is noted on the delivery note.

 

Returns;

 

Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault with the item or it has been damaged in transit and it is returned to us suitably protected and with all carriage charges being paid by the customer.

 

Should it be proved that the claim is valid, then the extent of the refund will extend to the price of the item only, excluding all carriage charges.
